John J. Evanich

John is President of ATIS, Inc. Investment Advisory Services, General Securities Principal, and Financial Operations Principal. Prior to developing ATIS, Inc. in 2009, John served in the securities industry for 15 years, primarily as the President of American Trust Investment Services and Peerson & Co. Before entering the securities industry, he was Controller of a financial institution, a member of a CPA firm, and an examiner for the Indiana Department of Revenue. A 1985 graduate from Indiana State University with a B.S. in accounting, John obtained his CPA license in 1987.

Kurt F. Schultz

Kurt is Executive Vice President of ATIS, Inc. Investment Advisory Services. He has 42 years of experience in the financial services industry, including both equity and derivatives markets. As a former Senior Equity Derivatives Strategist for a prominent global firm, Kurt worked with institutional clients that included mutual fund managers, hedge funds, and various endowments. He also has extensive classroom and seminar experience teaching global corporations Technical Analysis and Risk Management strategies.
Since moving from the floor of Chicago’s Exchanges to the private client arena, Kurt has expanded his licensing. Besides being a member of the CME Group (CBOT division), his licenses include a Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63, and 66. He also holds a Life, Variable Life, and Annuity License.
Kurt has been a lifelong resident of the Calumet Region and has resided in Dyer since 1992. He is active in the community through involvement with various Chambers of Commerce. Coaching youth athletics such as soccer and basketball with both church and community has been a favorite pastime.
Joe Mastej

Joe became a member of ATIS Investments in September of 2016. Prior to joining ATIS, Joe graduated in 2016 from Indiana University Northwest, with a degree in Economics. Joe has worked towards passing his Series 7, 66, and 24 tests. As of May 2021, he was appointed the Operations Officer for ATIS. He would go back to school to achieve his MBA in the spring of 2023.
Aside from his involvement in Highland Chamber of Commerce, Joe is involved in umpiring youth organizations in Highland. He enjoys golfing, traveling, and is trying to make it to all of the National Parks in the United States. Joe is married to his wife Jill, and they currently reside in Munster with their two sons, Casey & Riley.
Michael K. Parianos

Michael joined ATIS Investments in June of 2025, after graduating with honors from Indiana University Northwest with a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting. Michael has passed his Series 7 and 66, whereby he became a licensed advisor in the spring of 2026. Michael provides crucial support to team members by handling a wide range of tasks that keep ATIS operating smoothly.
When Michael is not at work he enjoys being surrounded by family and friends. He is bi-lingual and stays active with his Greek heritage. He also enjoys the outdoors and traveling to Greece to visit his family.
